Many people fell back from their health and fitness goals during this time of uncertainty. If that includes you, don't worry because I am right there with you. During Covid-19, people found it difficult to remain happy and healthy through exercise. Many gyms were closed down and consumer equipment prices skyrocketed. Depression, anxiety, and lack of access to fitness spaces negatively effected the whole world... But no worries, I am here to change that!
